On 18 June 2025, Koperasi Usahawan Inklusif Malaysia Berhad (KUIMB) successfully held its 15th Annual General Meeting, marking a significant milestone in our journey towards inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurship.
At this year’s AGM, members unanimously approved a 6% dividend, reflecting the Cooperative’s consistent growth and strong financial performance. This achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our Board, members, and partners who continue to drive KUIMB forward.
The AGM also saw the election of three new Board members, signalling a new chapter of leadership. As we welcome fresh perspectives and renewed energy, we also take this moment to express our deepest gratitude to the outgoing Board members who have paved the way with dedication and heart.
Mr. ST Rubaneswaran (also our Cooperative Secretary), Mr. Divesh Navinchandra Sheth, Mr. Girish Ramachandran, and Dr. Ts. Manivannan Rethinam have given generously of their time, expertise, and resources to build a stronger KUIMB. Their visionary leadership has put the Cooperative on firm footing, positioning us for continued impact and innovation.
